Claims for damaged goods or shortages or non delivery of part of an order must be accompanied by the carriers proof of delivery. We regret we cannot entertain claims for shortages or damaged goods unless we have been notified in writing within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the goods irrespective of whomsoever has signed for the said goods.
